Twins for a 421? MPT70 opinion?
I have a 421ci engine. Looking to put down 1000-1100whp. Would twin Master Power T70s w/ a .68 A/R be sufficient? Too little? Too much?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Twin TC76's......no reason to run anything lesser. Just ask LASTLS1 on this board. He has a 427 with twin TC76's and they spool fast and make HUGE power.

A guy on here has a set of Turbonetics T67s you specd for him to make 1600hp on a 408ci. I why would the 76s be needed? Im kinda confused. What power will twin TC76s make and are they way more than I need for what HP i want?

Yes if you just want 1600hp the 67's will easily do that. The 76's are good for around 2000hp. But what is nice is the amount of hp you can make with lower boost.

If your spending big cash on a 421ci, you might as well top it off with a good set of turbos. No sense in skimping on probably the most important part.

Ive had the MPT70s and the TC76s on my car. The MPT70s spooled insanely fast, and the car made 1100 rw with them. TC76s gave me a tad more lag, which helped hook it up, but made bunch more power at lower boost pressures.
