Default Need help supercharger swap.

I HAVE A 2000 V6 CAMARO 3800 SERIES 2 MOTOR. A GTP HAS THE EXACT SAME MOTOR , BUT WITH A SUPERCHARGER, does anyone know exactly what im going to need to make this work???

It isn't quite the same motor between the two. The GTP L67 motor is forged and has lower compression than your L36 engine. With regards to making the M90 fit on your engine requires replacing the entire top end of the motor.

Take a look at the W Body Store or 3800Performance. Both sell a supercharger conversion kit which looks to include all the parts you need to swap over.

There is also a whipple kit on their site, but you would still need a lot of the parts from a regular M90 swap to make it work. Not to mention you will need to do something about mounting the throttle body since the w bodies with the L67 are mounted transverse. Putting them on the f-body would place the throttle body at the firewall. In either event this swap in an f-body will be a fair bit more expensive than it would be in a w-body.

It has been done, but the cost involved of converting everything it might almost be worth looking at doing a turbo.
