Kurt, is the distributor belt-driven? Pretty slick

Tony
If I had to guess, its off that cam belt drive.

The distributor is belt driven off the camshaft. The front of the motor has 5 belts! Cam, distributor, drysump, fuel pump and of course the blower............

John, changed trans first gear from 2.48 to 2.10, installed wheelie bars, slowed blower down 5000 rpm. Took 4.10 out and put in 3.91 gear. Heading to Norwalk in the morning to see how it goes. Wheelie bars are the widest i have ever seen, they come thru the ex cut outs in the rear fascia. Had to keep them wide so the panhard rod would still be there. Won't have the tailpipes on it for Norwalk but i think they can still be put back on.

The most impressive LS1 car I have ever seen.

So, has it achieved an even better ET yet?

So, look forward to seeing you there. =)

Took the TA out for some last minute practice. Went 8.8x 4 runs in a row @ 158-159. Took motor apart last night for new head gaskets and look see. Everything looking good for Thunder.... see you there
