Which block? How many cubes?
Which block? How many cubes? I have a 98 ss 6 spd. I will be using a F1A running 14-16. I was thinking of doing a LS7 427 but seen a 418 LS3 or go with the old iron 408 I would like to go with alum block for weight. The LS7 is pricey and I know nothing about the LS3 block. What all would I have to do to get the Ls3 to work. Whats the price diff to.
I would go with the ls3 based engine,the ls3 is a really good block with thick sleeves.the other benefits are less weight than the iron block and cheaper than the ls7
