yes i do know that. and i also know that you need to push the motor to 37 psi on a 2jz motor to get close to the 900hp mark, also you will have lots of turbo lag. you can do that on a ls1 on less then 20psi and it will have allot less turbo lag. yes you will need to change rods and pistons. but it will still be cheaper to buy an f body and build a motor then to buy a stock supra.

IMO nothing beats the sounds of the LS1. Granted both cars have great strong engines, but nothing is nastier sounding than hearing a nice V8 rev. compared to the stock skyline engine.

Mustangs sound better than an LS1, much smoother.

I would take a skyline or supra over and f-body any day. Better built, better quality, worth 10x more.

You got that right, that's how it is around the house. With the exception of a few Vette owners & ricers that claim their suspension isn't setup for dig racing.

why don't you get one then ? if you sell your f body you could probably get an r32 gtr.

Uhh, the short answer is no but it really depends on what turbo you choose. Fact of the matter is people are making 1100whp + at much less boost.

Yes the 09 Tranny was an issue but it didnt happen to as many cars as originally stated and Nissan has already got a fix for it. I personally only know of one guy that it happened too, but I am sure there are more.
