Pictures of 427's ATI pulley setup Here are the pics of the custom 8 rib ATI pulley setup that "427"(Kurt) is making/using. I think he said that motor is a 408ci making over 800 hp at 11.5psi.

Re: Pictures of 427's ATI pulley setup I noticed it looks like you have thermocouples before and after the intercooler - have you tested this yet, and do you know what kind of temperature drop you got? Also did you happen to do the same thing with pressure (map type) sensors?
Re: Pictures of 427's ATI pulley setup Temp drop is based on intercooler and run duration. We run 125 f or lower for full run. (about 12-15 seconds at wot) We use air to water intercoolers for dyno testing. I usually tip in at 90 f or colder. The temp at blower discharge will be 200+f at end of run. Pressure drop is about 1 psi at 11 # with blower and intercooler in pictures. I have larger air to water cooler that we see 1 psi across at 22 psi, approx 1200-1400 hp.
The brackets on the motor are all ATI. we made the crank pulley and a new washer for the tensioner( were it cinches down on bracket)

Re: Pictures of 427's ATI pulley setup i'm guessing from the pictures that the ATI damper spaces out the crank pulley away from the engine, how easy ( or hard) was it to line everything up ?
