A4 Stock Tranny + Turbo

A4 Stock Tranny + Turbo Just wondering everyones thought on this one...
A4 LS1 + Blower. I am not wondering if it is possible, bc I know it is. Rather, I am wondering if the tranny will hold up. The car runs mid 12's on engine and mid 11's on spray. It has a 3500 converter and trans go shift kit set to full pressure. LS1 Edit w/ Torque management removed.
If I lose the nitrous and add a blower to make about 100 additional HP(around 4-6 lbs boost), how will my tranny hold up? My rear has an auburn diff so I am not worried about it. Engine will remain stock unless I want to boost more down the road. My main concern...transmission?????????
