haha yeah right. . . . . I really don't recommend anyone ever buys a turbo kit from these guys. It was supposed to go out Wednesday sense then i have called back every day at least twice a day trying to get tracking numbers from them, so far i have had no luck. I even called yesterday and they said they were closed on the weekends but if i call back first thing Monday morning i will get the tracking numbers. I payed the the remaining balance on Wednesday and supposedly they ship it right after they charge you the remaining balance. If i don't get tracking numbers on Monday i don't even know what im going to do. This whole process makes me sick!

Mods, can you change the name of this thread to something more fitting please?

That is a sick set up!
I don't get what is so hard about customer service. Just be honest. If a kit is going to take that long to build and ship just tell me up front and I'll decide to go elsewhere or wait. This sounds like the typical stringing the customer along so they don't lose the sale. That said I was very satisfied with how quickly APS got my kit to LMR.

EXACTLY!!!!!! I really don't see it being that difficult. I find it highly frustrating and i hope everyone considering buying a kit from them will read this and go else where. It really doesn't matter how great your product is if your customer service blows.

Hope you get your kit soon dude.

A friend of mine made 420 threw an Auto with a bone stock LS1 on 5.5 PSI. I think 7PSI will get you easily over 450.

I hope so too, this is really frustrating me.

Well that's reassuring that the performance will be there, thanks for the info!

Congrats, I think since your car is a M6. I think your car will make or be in the region of close to 500rwhp easy.

Keep us posted.

Im getting to that point. If putting a complaint in through the BBB doesn't work i will ask for one. But the real question is will they actually give my money back if i do.

the issue would then be between them and UPS, they have insurance for things like this. If they don't refund you the cash i'd go to the police and see if they can scare em as well.
