Flex-a-lite dual FLX-240. Haven't finished the build yet so I can't say how well they work.

thats odd, I would not have expected you to be overheating on stock pump and aftermarket radiator. I know its a basic question, but are you sure you have the fan operating at full speed, and wired correctly? I've seen some posts where guys wire them incorrectly, and the fan only works at about 50% effeciency.

or do something like not reverse the blades on a reversible fan...just wiring it in reverse (to change from puller to pusher) isn't enough on some fan designs...

You are running a pusher fan AND A puller and you are overheating? Sounds like something in your cooling system(lines running to radiator, air in lines, stock WP taking a crap on you) is wrong. That's more than enough CFM movement.

I have 2 12" reversible puller fans and I have them set up as pushers and switched the blade around and I can't keep my car cool. As soon as you get up to cruising speed the temps steadily drop though. I use the stock wiring also.

Who has had luck with dual pusher fans, what temp do you normally not go over, and whats your brand/part number?
