hi the TurboSmart 38mm Waste Gate is too small, fuel system is too small you need 2 pumps. also the stainless cold pipes are way heavy, also A 3 inch Down Pipe is a joke!!! 4 inch MIN. plus you need a manual boost controller.

The 38mm WG is fine. ![Rolleyes](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/rolleyes.gif)
Cold side pipes are aluminum.
You need 60lb injectors minimum. The 340L will take you toward the upper end of where you want to go. Dual 340's are better.

I saw you went back and edited you orginal post. Funny stuff, 4"DP minimum. It is funny that the TC76 and TC78 turbo's are rated using a 3" DP in which they were desinged for. I have run the turbos to well over 20lbs with no back presssure issues.
No need to offer bad advice.

i would suggest using stainless for all of your hotside piping just for longevity purposes, youll get away with mild but when its starts to corrode youll be sorry. unless i missed where you said youd be getting them coated. just my .02, and good luck with the build, im currently fabbing my own front mount for my ls1 gto
