how much tuning problems do you have?
I would think a s/c is really easy since the power comes on kind of gradually. With a turbo, you have to deal with the big torque spike but that's really no biggie if you know where your boost starts and where it maxes. SVO42# injectors make it easy as well. For anybody with 600 rwhp or less, that's the injectors to get.
IMHO I think there are quite a few people that are well versed in this area and if there are any doubts I always recommend that my customers get datalogged of jump up on the dyno.
The tuners job is very difficult but when there is proper judgement executed the results are extremely effective
