ls6 I am thinking of buying a ls6 427 from a person . I will be useing a vortech v3 t trim on it with 10 psi . Now this block has K1 crank,and k1 rods and wesco pistion's . This block also has darton sleeves to make the 427 ci. My Questiom is how reliable is the motor . Lme had built it for FI . 9.5-1 cr Will i have problems with the heads not sealing . NEED SOME HELP. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT U THINK befor I jump on this motor
What's so wrong with boosting a 427? If its what you want, then go for it. 
With you only pushing 10 psi, I don't think the motor will have any problems holding that power.
