Default Am i safe or pushing it?

The car made 449 horses and 499 torque through A build 4L60 and 12 bolt. The car was run on 7PSI on a TTI 60 trim kit. Max timing was set max 22 degrees and AFR was 11.8. This is also a alky car and is to be never ran hard with out alky. I fill like there is still more room for improvement and that the tune in the car now is way on the safe side but i wanted to get some feed back from more experienced guys. This is on a stock bottom 346 with 228/232 114 LSA and gold springs up top.

remember that the stoich mix for methanol is a lot less than gas, so you might want to run it a little richer, i try to stay around 11.2 when spraying meth ( def with cast pistons) I feel like its safer to run more boost and less timing/richer afr
to make the same power

The guy running the kit before me claimed to be running 10 pounds with only a air to air front mount. I also see more guys running more boost on bigger compressors with out the use of meth or alky. So i guess my question should be giving the data above should i pull back timing and add more boost. Or leave timing wear it is. This is not a daily driver car so the only time it will see high boost is on the alky. Right now i fill like the car is not even close to its limits with out the alky.

I say with spraying alky/meth at the higher boost levels you would probably be able to get away with 10-12psi and have no problems with reliability etc. Just make sure you watch the a/f and keep it on the ricccchhhh side (low 11.0 a/f) to be extra extra safe. Have fun

Keep a close eye out for detonation (knock retard/timing). That's the cast piston killer. They shatter like glass.
