Might not be a bad idea, my next motor will be a solid roller 6 bolt setup. There is 2 sides to this theory too, but I buy into the solid setup on a high boost/hp motor. Valve float is the enemy.

What's MM running? I thought he was running a hyd cam still. He's also running a 3.00 gear with 25-26 tire, so I don't think the gear is the whole problem.

Sorry your still having problems. Those damn goats don't like running 8's. You'll figure it out sooner or later.

good timing, yes, i shift at 6500 tho.. but there are lots of more bad *** hydraulic cars than mine..or at least lighter naw they are more bad *** too.

my car got faster with the gear, cuz i needed it.

problem isn't that its hydraulic...problem is the ETP heads have LOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGGG valves and require LOOOOONNNNNNNGGGGGG pushrods that = WEIGHT.

more valvetrain weight = more spring pressure to control...
