Default spool difference between turbonetics t76 with p trim vs s trim turbine

Any body have a good idea on the spool difference between the turbonetics t76 with the p trim (now called f1 65) vs s trim turbine (f1 68) . I have a stock ls1 6 speed.

Anyone max out the p trim and need to upgrade to the s? If so at what whp level did you max it out?

Anyone with experience with the p trim and s trim difference on the same turbo . Either with t70, t72, t76 or t78?

An S-trim will make more power than a P-trim on an LS1. P-trim should spool faster but will be useless at the higher RPMS.

P-trim + LS1= serious restrictions

Do not misunderstand, P-trim can make decent power on LS1 and many here do, but it is not the most efficient route.
