5.5 @ 136 yesterday in the 1/8 on a very conservative tuneup. I have a converter-rear gear ratio mismatch causing alot of high boost slip....

dunno...we're still evaluating data...

do know the following:

car will easily run to 8K
car makes boost ALOT faster on footbrake and transbrake (we're considering going back to my bigger turbine A/R housing
converter was 90% efficient at 1-2 shift (7800) and was only 75% efficient thru the traps....gearing is really wrong

Holly crap, 5.5 at 136 is great. What gears are you running - 3.50's? Maybe your car is wanting to be run in 1/4

^ What springs did you switch to? I remember you were having some problems with the 1.46 diameter (from what I roughly remember) PAC beehive springs.

What is the elbow you are using? Is it a 100 or 110*? I want to run a super vic on my Formula, but I may end up running a vic jr purely for clearance reasons. I bought an extra stock hood so I could cut it up, but I don't want it to poke through the hood.

So sweet. I love your build man. I would love to eventually get my setup in the 5.40 range.

Good luck with it man!
