Default procharged build up questions

i will be running a ls1 block,347 forged assembly,317 truck heads,pisc unit,epp blower cam,methanol kit
9.5 to 1 compression.

how much power am i looking at with 10lbs and 14 lbs of boost?(i know its not exact)
will the ls1 block hold it?
what about the stock rocker arms will they be able to handle it as long as im not revving too high?
what kind of boost levels before you think the heads will lift with my arp studs?
any head gasket suggestions?and would you recommend doing the copper spray trick for me?(just as a precaution and for extra sealing potential?

any other suggestions to help ease the process would be greatly appreciated i know alot of you have already solved the tons of problems associated with forced induction and tips on any parts or processes to help with said
problems would be great also

thanx,Daman

The ls1 block will be fine at that power level. Lifting the heads shouldn't be a problem either. I would use a GM mls or a cometic head gasket. I have the prety much the same set up your building, I still have stock rockers that are doing fine. Fuel has been my biggest problem, what are you going to run? Power ?... My car made 540hp at 5,000 rpms and then I ran out of fuel. Going back to the dyno in a couple weeks hoping for 600+ with the dual fuel pumps.

most likely doing the lonnie /racetronix dual setup with my edelbrock fuel rails and 60lb injectors
and i have to check my aeromotive regulator to see if it is boost referenced/if not i will be getting a new one
-8an for feed and i was thinking of using the stock line for return if not ill go -6an for it

im hoping for 600+ on 10lbs and 750+on 14lbs at the wheels
but thats just hoping
dont really know what the p1sc is good for

but at any rate i will be going d1sc in the near future so i think 750hp is realistic

ive been in here studying for awhile and just trying to get it all right the first time

I dont think you will hit 600rwhp at 10lbs with the p1sc. You will probably want to upgrade to the d1

I just put lonnies dual pumps in last weekend, fuel pressure doesn't move any more (6,800rpms 13#'s of boost).

9#'s at 5,100 made 540hp 502tq. We shut it down because my fuel pressure was at 20psi, so I'm looking forward to see what I will make spinning it to 6,800rpms. When I took the car out monday I ran it to 6,500rpm and was making 12-13#'s.

You do know that boost is just a measurement of restriction. Meaning how efficient your engine can recieve and exhaust all the boost its getting.
