600whp or 600bhp? Assuming whp.
My setup is overkill for what your goals are but here it is so maybe you can get some ideas.
I use a Callies Dragonslayer crank, forged everything, 383cid
Cr is about 8.7:1
Bauer custom turbo cam
Dart Pro1 225 heads
Nick Williams/FAST 90
4" FMIC
SD tuned
GT76, .81 ar
60# injectors
And all the other things that add up
I think the T70 is a good choice if all you want is 600whp. Someone else can help you size the one you need better. Keep the cubes between 370-383, get a good IC. Maybe call Bauer and have them do the cam for you.

At 600whp, you are pushing it. Some have done it successfully, but the pages of this website are littered with #7 ringlands and broken dreams from those who have not.
I would strongly suggest conservative tuning, a strong fuel system, an intercooler, and <550whp on a stock LSx rotating assembly. Looks like the OP has the intercooler covered.
As for meth, it is just a band-aid substitute for good gas IMO. If you use it, tune it as if you did not have it, or there's no point...because if you run out when you need it, you've got problems.

Updates off camera phone pics. Photo shoot will be soon.
Its all jambed and wet sanded color and clear should be sprayed tonight. Sit out all day tommarrow and buff tommarrow.
Here is a pic of the body before wetsanding and buffing.
Cant wait to see it in the sunlight. Indoor does the color no justice.
Late update!

I did not read eveyones post.. But I has a STS GT70 on my formula that was slightly modified.
60 lbs injector and a FMIC
I stoped at 605rwhp and I was doing that with 12psi. My spool was not that good but I did not have my exhast raped up.
But 12 psi was the magic # for me
If your car was only pushing 300rwhp stock you would then need 14.7psi give or take psi to double it.
