3 bar map and 60 pound injector questions

3 bar map and 60 pound injector questions I could ask this on fuel or tuning sections but figure people on here would obviously know the answers.
First I am going to 3 bar have the 3bar already and wondering. Can I hook up the 3 bar and still run maf for a few weeks till switch over to speed density. Will the car run normally with a 3 bar in place of the 1bar?
Second question. Am currently running 60 pound siemens at 58psi. I put in a table in my hptuners because was running non boost referenced regulator. But now am putting in new reg that is .I will be staying at 58psi for now base pressure. So what number do I need to punch in for my 60 pound siemens . Its just a constant across the board now right? I can't calculate using spreadsheet forumla in fuel section since it don't work dont' have spreadsheet program so would appreciate if someone would just give me the constant .
