guys
friend got a car
he is wondering
can he use YSI with MAXIMUM LOAD ON IT
418 C.I.D
engine comression 9:2
can the CAR get 1000 RWHP ?


need someone with YSI and tell me please what is the MAX POWER you can get it without Nitrous

There are a few guys in Australia making well in excess of 1000 with the YSi.

Have a look for Marks Workshop.


There's also a drag Ute there running something like 8.2 @ 164 with a YSi.

Yep, Arun is gettin there, his car is truely impressive.

I wouldnt be surprised to see 1000 out of his Z06 before the end of the year.

He's got some impressive results from tuning the cars at our shop.

then what should i expect with my setting ?
without shooting the Nitrous ?
F1-c 9.4 engine compression
long tube headers ,, 17 PSI on 403 with fulley ported heads and 92 FAST
? what RWHP should i expect ?

rwhp numnbers depend on many things....including the dyno used.

I have a stock LS2 intake, cheap Patriot heads, a small cam, 2.5" exhaust, 1-3/4" headers a 3.5" inlet where the YSi has a 4" and make the number in my sig. That # came from the worst case scenario. The 8th pass I made on the dyno in an hour. The engine was heat soaked. The pass before made 47 more rwtq but we had to shut it down due to the clutch skipping. Yes. You can make 1000rwhp.

Where did you get the mounting braket for the YSI? . Sick Video's of your car on youtube
