I got my new fans in today. I got that mounted to the radiator and set the radiator in place. I have a bout 3/4in between the compressor housing and fan motor. Plenty of room between the exhaust housing and fan motor.
Also notice, I have a air filter that fit's as well!

Thanks guys. If it wasn't for the T/A headlight assembly, I could put the factory condensor back in place. When the headlights are closed there is a protrusion that stick inside toward the middle and I cannot cut it. It 's the part that shrouds the lights when the headlights are up.

So, on a Camaro, this wouldn't be a problem?

The fans are Flex-a-lite fans Part#210. I seen the same setup posted up on another car. The radiator is the one everybody use's 27.5wide,15 tall,3in thick.

It is a 5in outlet on the exhaust housing, and it is necked down to a 4in.

I got the engine painted this morning. I am going to go ahead and put the new QA1's on the front and put the barb fittings in the intake elbow while the motor is out. I am going to wrap the hot parts as well. Here is a few pics.

Do you have to take the engine out to do such paint job? Even with no headers or turbo hot/cold piping?

Did you have to remove the k-member, a-arms and rest of the parts?
