No the turbo kit wasn't responsible for the old motor expiring. Like Jerry said, I had over 100 dyno pulls and the motor lasted almost 2 years without a refresh. That was my bad, I was going to get the motor freshened up, but figured I would wait and then BOOM! I loved the kit also, but I couldn't keep A/C or powersteering. 2 Major downfall's I did not want to go without this time.
