Default Scavenger pump install on front mount?

Might pick up one for my aps just in case type of thing as they are pretty cheap anyway. Where do you mount them do they have to be horizontal? lower than the turbo drain feeds or do they work from vacuum? what brands do you guys like. How quiet are they ? how reliable.Found a few that look decent on the old ebay but not sure can post links.

Would like a decently quiet ,reliable one and figure would be paying two to three hunred for a decent one.Someone should take some pics of installation
maybe I will if get one.

I don't know about the installation, ect, but on my Vette I recently replaced the APS one that took a dump with a TurboWerx EXA pump. No issues noted, and it's a purpose built scavenge pump. I'd recommend it. Cost me $325 IIRC.

That pump mentioned above sounds very impressive .A bit pricey but quietness and durabilty are high on my list. Do it once do it right. I seem to not have any problems yet but don't have many miles on my kit yet. Likley scavenger pump is just a good idea. So that pump should be pretty quiet according to their literature.
