Looks like I had a 3.6'' not a 4'' pulley to correct myself. Also, I just realigned the main bracket a little and it seems to line up better with the supercharger this time. I also moved the trans lines out of the way. My belt wasn't to bad either (all six ribs were in tact) so I decided to reuse it for the time being incase it jumps up on the pulley again. I have my fingers crossed for now.
