Keep your fingers crossed... Ok guys! Pray to the turbo gods for me... taking the SS out this weekend in Houston to see if we can get some good runs on her.
Shooting for some solid mid 9sec 1/4mile runs or better... last time out at HRP we ran a 6.33 in the 1/8th and sheared a RR off the head (stock casting gave way on the RR)... sucked but just forced to replace my weakest link anyways. Soooo... I got some TrickFlow 5 bolt heads.
(Now if I "Have" to go to a ls7 block I dont have to buy new heads!
)
Did a couple tuning passes on the Dyno... pulled 40RWHP more at 8Lbs then before!!!
Hopefully we will see better then that at 18lbs!
LMR and crew are comming with for fun... maybe will see one of you guys out there!

No... far from really good, but it was better then what I imagine tonight being! Thats ok... I have a great FMIC so we will see what it can do!

All, thanks for the well wishes!!! We were out a Baytown last night!
Hahahaha we will see what today brings... but I will post a vid of last night!!!! New Rear-mount record for f-bods! I am going after all rear-mount record (other then Vette's) later today (I believe it is still 9.42 CARTEK GTO).
So we did a few test runs last night... Joe (LMR) made a few tunning mods to it. We werent hooking well (kept blowing through the tires) and had to set the 2-step and boost on leave low to get it to grab. Best 60ft of 1.6... it has a 1.4 60ft in her with better tires. We were running 275 MT Dr's..
So... Drum roll... hahaha
One full 1/4 mile run last night (then we got kicked cause my 8pt cage and I am not licenced)
60ft: 1.61
1/8th: 6.32 (New best 1/8th for car)
1/8thMPH: 115.23
1/4: 9.72 (Woohoo! First 9sec pass)
1/4MPH: 145.9 (HOLY ****... if I get traction and turn up the boost any, gonna have to get chute!)
