Wow all this over a list!!
Black, Ignor it, and run the list.imo, You do a great job with no help from others! To me it looks like the few of us where just giving Opinions, and examples. I didnt see anything bad in MM, mine or scotts statments, But again Just an Opinion.
We should all shut up now because This list has never had any issues withanything, and has always been run very well and kept up with. I think we should keep it that way.
Again not my place, just an opinion. Lets keep this nice and friendly and offer opinions on it.
My opinion If you dont own the car your out. If the car is down all year, Your out. If your set up is 100% different your out Ex= Turbo to SC or something like this.
If you own the car, your in. Car is running, your in. Car is raced your in. And faster times you move up. I think it is that easy.
Man I sure have a lot of opinions!! Sory.

I dont have any pics. I have some on my web sight, But i didnt put them up, my cousin did and has since left for school. and they are old pics with old wheels and other old stuff.
MM, I didnt think anything you said was bad, It was an opinion. But to topic again, did you take any pics of my car in MIR? I know you had a camera.
I'll see what i can do about pics.

I would like to know even if it is threw PM's, Sounds interesting!
Maybe this spring you guys can make a trip up neer me, and we can get together race then have a couple beers. And bring a couple them chicks!!

all bs aside, I do agree that the new owner should have to earn there keep on the list, I think a list of top builders/numbers is in order for those that do the awsome work we all drool over and sacrifice there creation to keep things progressing... Just a thought

Not just a thought.. that's the way it is.

We've discussed this point plenty of times before, and I've been in PM session with many who didn't want a public debate.

The car must be current.
That means:

- Number one, you own it (you can get credit if you significantly team up to build it).
- Two, it has to be boosted.
- Three, it must be a street car.. no race-only's. (Licensed and insured.)

You should be able to drive it to the track. I didn't say you HAVE to... if I had a trailer, I'd take mine in case something broke. But, it should be ABLE to be a daily-driver.

We've discussed why, before.

When we know Rob is no longer in possession of the car, it comes off the list.
When/if the new owner makes a run and posts it (if he is an LS1Tech member), it goes back on the list.

Some people are so anxious to argue about Rob Raymer, they can't even wait until the ink is signed and the title transferred. That sounds like envy, to me. Even elementary kids can see when jackels are trying to bring a lion down. Those that make so much of him are turning him into a god-like being.

Just checked out the list... man, that is impressive. The 60' time on Kurt's 8.52 second run was a 1.310. He can chime in and correct me if I'm wrong, but I was looking at the timeslip with Ronnie shortly afterwards.

Very impressive driving on Kurt's part.

I think you have done a great job with the board mike and I thank you for putting me back up. Rob deserves to be up there until the car leaves his shop. Also I agree with the no slip or video thing unless youi have people from the board around when you do it. I had Sikora, and prostock john and larry from speed inc there when I went 10.30.

I know some people without scanners or opportunity for video may have a difficult time. I don't want to make it a hard and fast requirement, just now. I do have a fax the slip can be sent to. But, let me know if I should inquire.
