What trans mount are you FI guys running?
What trans mount are you FI guys running? I have not got much luck posting this in tranny forums so figure its related enough. Please state your tranny auto or m6 and state how many times you have broken the mount you have.
You can add additional comments on noise and vibration ,anything else you feel useful to add especially if you have done tweaking like trying to shim crossmember to be same height with new mount, left off extra metal piece on energy mount or ground energy mount nubs off,etc.
You can even rate the vibration and or noise out of 10 for me with 10 being absolutely horrible.Also curious if the noise,vibration got better after some time.
I have tried energy one in the past,I tried no extra metal and tried no nubs but it was still pretty bad . Say 7/10 for vibes and noise. I went right back to stock didn't even try the energy for more than a day.
But now have so much power and torque figure may have no choice.
Actually wonder if you can mod stock mount say with hose clamps or something to be stronger but still not give extra noise and vibes?
Hopefully mods will not move this poll. FI guys have much bigger power then NA builds normally.
