Piston Talk Keep in mind, i'm new to this, but I have an LQ-4 motor with a t76 front mount turbo going on that motor. If I upgrade the pistons, any suggestions on what name brand pistons to replace the stock ones with?
beware of mahle. most of their off the shelf pistons are 4032 alloy. 4032 is less forgiving than the 2618 alloy used in their custom pistons as well as by others. most shelf fi pistons from wiseco, je, diamond, ect are 2618 alloy.
