Default what pistons

I just came across a great deal the other day a 02 long block with 12,000 miles for $400. I couldn't pass that up so I got it. I've already got a MS4 and full bolt on motor in my car now and I'm building a 9in. I thought this would be a great time to get those ported 243 castings Patiot has on sell and get some forged pistons with some valve reliefs and up the compression a little. I would just use my current MS4 cam those heads some nitrous and the 9in and I figure it should run good enough.
So my real question is what pistons(brand) would you guys recommend(stock bore)

EDIT

okay guys there might be a slight change of plans don't know if this will affect this any I think I'm going to get some scat H beam rods they are 6.125 length. I guess this will affect the CH and valve reliefs I have to get. Or do you guys think the Stock rods are strong enough. I know there good but I plan to spray the motor thought better rods would give me a little piece of mind with a 200 shot.

Diamond, Wiseco, and JE come to mind right away. I run Diamond's with -4cc reliefs in my 347.

hey thanks for adding the poll I didn't think about that. So far it looks like Diamond is winning

Stock rods are fine till ~550-600~ Big spray you might want to consider changing to a forged rod though.

Stock rods with stock rod bolts are not good! While the motor is being built invest in some forged rods.

Can't really tell you which ones are better than the others but I am putting Mahle forged pistons, scat H beam rods and callies dragon-slayer crank in my ls6. Wish my tax return would get here so I can finnish this up and get it in my car.

Mahles here too! The mahles are great. They come with side skirt coatings, and a greyish coating all over the piston for heat reduction I believe. A friend of mine does piston coating for local racers and he was very impressed with the mahles.
