+1. I wouldn't think that blowing out the hot side seals would be caused as much by poor design (assuming that the mating surfaces are flat) as it would by excessive back pressure.

And thats the kicker. Your turbo.

The mating surfaces are great, im going to check the back pressure, so just curious whats the best recomended way to check back pressure.

I know its taken in between the turbo and motor. i have a place, but what kind of gauge? would any pressure vacuum gauge work?

Hopefuly i can get on the dyno today and get evryone some good info.

Also i got my eye on a TC-78

im thinkin its more his log style setup thats the problem thank log style manifold in general. if im right all his exhaust from one side flows in the backside of the other manifold meaning all exhaust as to pass in one 2.5 or 3in tube to the flange. plus there has to be some turbulance with the pusles hitting eashother like that. just my thought. id guess you have 2 logs going to a common pipe to the flange that a different story

I totaly see where coming from. But on the other hand there is a ton off guys running this identical kit and its seems that around the 700hp range it this kits maximum efficiancy.

i just want to get the most out of my combo.

I would feel safe to say that considering my setup with optimum conditions (turbo), my motor and H/C/I combo should be well worth the 650 range.About 560ish to the tires. Right?
