Here is my experience with the different exhaust systems on my application only making 9 psi. ZERO change from all of the setups listed below and what is pictured earlier in this thread.

I ran tonight at the track and my car goes 10.40's at 2800' DA, my best runs (10.teens) were well under 1000'. Anyway I changed from my Kooks 'catted' Y and Magnaflow cat back to the system in the pictures above and raced tonight.

Results

1st pass = 10.47/129 with the cutout closed running through the Kooks ORY, Flowmaster merge, and 3.5" custom I pipe I made into the Magnaflow catback.

2nd pass = 10.43/129 with the cutout open bypassing the Magnaflow.

4 weeks ago at similar DA I ran 10.44, 10.45, 10.43 through the Kooks catted Y and stock Magnaflow I pipe with no Merge.

Basically the change in exhaust didn't do squat! So I can't imagine making any more power on the dyno. Maybe it would at higher boost levels, but I am skeptical. I am dynoing at 609RWHP from last year and have ran 10.16, 10.17/133 with this setup in good air.

I would think with your power you should be running 9.0's. What does your car run? Mine is heavy like yours also.

I haven't got a clean pass yet. It went 10.02 with the blower belt coming off at the 1000' when it was making 770. The car is ridiculously heavy at 3966lbs. I'll be thrilled if the car goes 9.5's at this weight full tilt.

However every ET and HP calculator with my weight and trap put me at 780ish to the wheels even with that 10.02 pass. So, I'm not sure if the belt going out lost me anything since I'm sure the blower was still spinning some for a second and the motor didn't have the strain of spinning it.

IMO Thats mid 9sec with over 145mph Mighty Mouse's car is also heavy and runs high mid 8sec (I know he have 150-200rwhp)

If you can get traction and no belt slip .

Oh forgot to ask what block are you using?? heads and cam??

Yeah these blowers love cut-outs. I picked up 53 rwhp when I opened the cut out.

LS1 Block. Haha. AFR 205's, custom blower cam: 224/232 .581/.585 115LSA.

I think I'm about 100lbs heavier than MM, but it should still be good. We'll see what happens in the fall .
