Automatic does everything the manual does but better. You haven't driven a stalled auto with reverse manual valve body and transbrake as you are in full control. Now, if you had said that the auto isn't a viable option for you with a vette, then I would agree.

I recommend a 2step to help you get the 60' down. It will allow you to dial in a more consistant launch RPM and to build some boost if the suspension will hold it.

automatics do not do everything better, they usually take allot more power to turn and are not as good on a circuit track as a manual

Default 60 foot

i agree get the 60 ft down....i trap 103 -104 in the 1/8 and 134 in the 1/4 my best 60 ft is a 1.78 lol but im still using 10 bolt rear so either have shitty 60 fts or a broken rear end ... thats what im dealin with !
