Bad shifting (boosted car)
I understand the value of an automatic but, I also understand the value of a well driven manual. I only know manuals,...and in my world, an automatic will never be an option. Better yourself(whoever) and your shifting skills. Believe me,...i'm tired of changing clutches but,...i'd rather do that, so I can feel like i'm in full control of the car. Autos,...I honestly don't feel as safe in. For the street,...which is where I am primarily on my ride,...it's crucial. The left pedal is my traction control.
Automatic does everything the manual does but better. You haven't driven a stalled auto with reverse manual valve body and transbrake as you are in full control. Now, if you had said that the auto isn't a viable option for you with a vette, then I would agree.
automatics do not do everything better, they usually take allot more power to turn and are not as good on a circuit track as a manual

60 foot i agree get the 60 ft down....i trap 103 -104 in the 1/8 and 134 in the 1/4 my best 60 ft is a 1.78 lol but im still using 10 bolt rear so either have shitty 60 fts or a broken rear end ... thats what im dealin with !
