Default My s88 KYTP kit.

Its a t6/s88 turbo. NON-AC kit. 4" DP that exits through the front bumper cover, 50mm WG/BOV. The BOV flange sat about a 1/2in into the pipe so i took a dremel and "fine tuned" it and sanded it down flush with the inside of the charge pipe, no biggie. Then there was a lot of aluminum shavings left over inside the pipe from all the cutting/welding so i brake cleaned it all out, sand blasted all the coldside pipes and painted um semigloss black, looks sick! I also welded the two charge pipes to make one piece so its one less cuppler to blow off. Next i want to raise the turbo up about 6" to aid in oil drainage and trim on the inside of the merge pipe where the WG pipe is welded, it also sticks into the merge pipe about 3/4". Im just a **** ****!! Heres some pics, some are off my phone but still not too bad of quality...

Looking good. I'm curious though. You're S88 looks alot different then my S91. Does yours have the standard cover instead of the race cover? Why did you reduce the DP if it's gonna dump out the fender? Should make lots of power.

no race cover, didnt know they had a option till after it was ordered nor was i told about it... Not sure about the downsize on the DP, thats a question for Josh. It would've been cool though all 5''!! Question Blur... does ure s91 have a little play in the shaft when it was bone dry new??

Looks sweet. Just wondering but I take it that it will all fit into your car? The pipes look like they stick out away from the block a good ways. Not complaining or putting it down by any means, just curious about the room issue is all. I agree with you, I would want to see the full layout as well, besides, makes for great pics and conversations.

yea it should fit, lol. Ths is the standard kit he makes off a jig. Hes made a ton of these and fit just fine. You do however need to mount the radaitor upright but thats about it.

yea, i asked Josh about that too. He said cause its dry it will have a little play and when it gets oil in there its solid. Makes sence cause if there was no play at all it would get no il and would prob want to burn up faster. Makes sence to me. And i know hes been using these turbos a lot so hes gotta have some experience with them
