22lbs from PT88 too much?

there is nothing wrong with the pt88,they are a great turbo when installed properly and with the correct accessories.We have installed several of these with no issues.
things i have seen wrong
wrong turbine housing-over speeds the turbo
bov wrong size,wrong spring or not functioning properly
not enough oil to turbo
too much oil to turbo
inadequate turbo oil drain
center cartriage at wrong angle for oil to drain properly
contaminated oil
turbo coked up from shutting off after hard pull-this happens on the dyno alot

I had one that that locked up with less than 10 miles on it. Sent it back to Jose for repair, had to pay out of my pocket because precision said it was out of warranty. Never made over 10 lbs of boost with it, -4 feed and -10 drain.
