Ive been running one of Joshs first c6/6.0 truck a/c kits for a while now. Here are some pics when i first put it on. The radiator support had to be cut for a big griffen. right now i have two heavy duty fans, one puller one pusher(not pictured). They work great in any temp keeping the engine cool. A/c if its 90 out will start to get to 220-230 after about 30mins. Im still working on a fan shroud setup that will fit.

Other than that the kit made 620whp 705ftlbs on a mustang dyno,a4,with 9inch setup. No cracks on any pipes after about 7k of city potholes and racing. Best customer service ive ever had also.

That was a shake down run at 7lbs launching on no boost. Next run i blew off a trans cooler hose and called it a day. Should be bottom tens at 16psi.

If you told josh that the AC condensor was where he normally mounted the turbo(s), he would make you a kit that still kept AC, NUFF said

Josh...anyone.....

Has anyone ever tried to use a custom built condensor that is half the size of the stock condensor? Installed in front of the radiator over to one side? That way air going up through the front will hit half of the radiator directly and not travel through the condensor first.

That would offer ALOT more cooling to the radiator as well as adding a strong pusher fan on that front half of the radiator to work with the puller fan on that side.

Question is: Will a condensor thats half the size be able to blow cold air???

Some cars have condensors that are pretty damn small and they blow ice cold.

Honestly I don’t know. I build that setup that keep the A/C condenser and Accessories in the stock locations. Custom lines may be requires but is a small price to pay to keep cool in the heat.

Do you at least have an estimate if it will be less, a lot, or more about competitively priced with a procharger?

A D1SC with a FMIC setup is gonna run around $6300. Add a $900 set of headers to the mix and you have a $7200 setup.

The T4 setup will be Less by a fair margin.
The T6 setups will be Close.
