Default Need More Power!!!

Well time to change things up some because I have someone at work that just started that right when he saw my car started trashing it because it was a GM. Guess what kind of car he drives......03 Mustang Cobra with a KB Mammoth pushing out around 675rwhp and 575rwtrq. Right now I am only pushing out 520rwhp and 460rwtrq and am trying to upgrade this but know I am at the point were I need to start throwing out some big dough. So far I am only pushing 7.5psi. It is a 05 GTO with a auto which the stock stall is killing me right now because my boost kicks in alot higher then what the stock stall is so its leaving really light off the line and the power kicks in alittle afterwards. Any suggestions on if I would be able to just turn up the boost to 10psi and what the power level would be and if that would even give me a chance or not??? We raced once and he took me by 4 cars but it was from a roll at 40mph so I think I should be able to do better at a stop. All the parts on my car are in my sig also.

took you by 4 cars ,, not bad, but u never kno if he was toying with you.. yea i would deffintly go up on the boost. 10 psi is safe on stock short block. .

maybe go to some truck heads,and a lil bigger cam, or ls6 cam.. budget.. u can get truck heads cheap and a ls6 cam cheap if u look around..
but deff go up on the boost.. probly kill ur trans.. a turbo ls2 should be making 600rwhp+ in my eyes..

Put a stall in it.

Stall it, change the blower pully, and get a retune.

with a stall, you will put 4 cars on him with the boost you are at now. Yes, it makes that much of a difference.
