Default Procharger F1R LSX 50mm Cog Drive Kit

This is my 03 SilvySS with a TSP 408 and the new Procharger cog drive kit. It installed easy and the only issuses was with the 6.0 iron block was not drilled and taped for the 2 of the power steering bracket bolts. I have a 80tooth crank cog and a 45tooth blower cog which is ATI's super pulley that lets the blower free when you decel. I am maxing the blower out at 7000rpms and have only had the truck to 6800 so far. I need a bigger intercooler because mine is a huge restriction 3" A2A intercooler 24x12x3 core. Im only seeing 13psi (8200ft DA today here at 4500ft high desert)and barley cools which I expected. A2W is in the works with a 2000cfm rated intercooler 2 large heat exchanges and a 7gallon tank.. Headed to do some testing this weekend if I can keep IAT's down under 150. And yes the oil slinger has been re clock but not the tag for those of you who noticed.

Im only seeing 13psi
Looks like a good kit. Too bad those kits can't fit in F-bodys.
Are you sure that pulley setup will max out the F1R? I understand that its a 408 and the DA is high..but 13 psi seems real low for a F1R that is pullied to be maxed out. The intercooler might restrict you a little bit, but not that much. Unless you have a cam that is bleeding of ALOT of boost, I think something else might be going on there..

Nice! That 8200ft DA when you were at the track is a killer. I'd like to see what the boost would be on a better day. Bob

Nothing is going on my house sits at 5000ft and it's 103 out lol. We pick up 3psi on smaller blower going to sea level. My pulleys are 45t and 80t with a 5.4 :1 blower and 7000rpm. The cam is 233/239 112lsa so that 11* of overlap it would tend to bleed boost. 1DirtyZ only made 12 psi on a f1r maxed on a 427 due to a bog cam and high DA's. It's just life here in the high desert when it's 103 out.

Thank you Bob and everyone else for the kind words. It's blowing off all 4 through all of 1st and 2nd from a dig. I would like to see more but it already feels like something is going to break.. Oh I forgot it has ported L92 heads with 75cc chambers that flow 375cfm at my lift. This Is just a really well flowing setup hence the lower boost #.

Thank you. I don't think I can beat that turbo truck u guys built. A 10.99 would be nice. I'll give him a run but I think he has me. Chase is going to come after it but I'll just be happy to be out running my truck with no issues it's been over a year.

Sweet setup Aaron! Hey you taking Steven with tomorrow? I want to see more Procharger/centri SC results on trucks/SUV's as that is the direction I'm going now.
