Doesn't GMPP make a single plane for LS7 heads... What intake manifold did you have setup with 16 injectors? I'd like to see some pictures if you have them.

I think it is to clear the second set of injectors. They look pretty close in the pics to hitting the TB.

I see that....but wonder that with many of the tight elbows available...would a tall spacer if you had room, offer any benefits. I blow in the front, so have no issues with height/fuel rails
But I do have a good bit of spare height above my manifold.

That said...when I get the chance Im going to switch to the new Edelbrock manifold.

For the cold piping I had them powder coated - wrinkle black. Hot side is not coated but wrapped.

The ice tank sets in the hatch area, with water lines running through the interior. The entire fabrication is done by my sponsor EXCESSIVE AUTOSPORTS out of Sioux Falls. He makes all of our I/C, piping, entire lay out of the car.

Unfortunately, times and money has put the project on hold. Not sure that I will make it out this year

Car looks very nice David!

Don't know if it helps, or I am even correct, but didn't Cary (ex ETP) make a bad *** single plain for LS7 heads? I know they were tall though...

^ He still does. He can make them to fit any ls intake pattern.

I see you are getting a lot more serious with the new setup. Sheet metal intake, fab 9, 25.x cage (I'm going to guess 25.5 by the looks of it, but I'm no expert), and you finally gave up on the a2a intercooler. What are your new goals?

yes he is! I wish I had a better camera to really show how sick this car looks. The chassis, suspension and rearend work is killer.

it will be a show car appearance 12 sec car when completed

Looks nice Andy. If you plan to run the LSX Shootout check the rules I think you have to run a passenger seat though you could take a Kirkey and kinda of ruin it to fix in the back of the intercooler.

Yes it's a 25.5. I wanted to go with a A/W because I plan on upping the boost. It's alot to ask out of a A/A. Sheet metal because I wanted to run 16 injectors- less fouling plugs. I would like to be able to run the LSX shootout and not get run over. lol
