wouldent a long merg like fireball's be better, or is a short merg ok also?

You need at a min of 4-5" of straight tubing before the turbo.

Not really a Rear mount, and Deff not a front mount.

I think i have about the same amount of piping as a front/top mount. My Snail sits right by the tailshaft of the tranny.

Wastegate looks good...You just missed the right spot by 6".

Looks like it needs to be quite a bit more then 6 inches towards the drivers side to me.

Drivers side is to the left... u sayin i need it farther away from the turbo????

Nah, if anything, i'd put it closer. but it works great where it is. Holds 8psi steady and is only a 38mm

If it works then it works then there is no reason to change it, but the best placement would be to place the gate right at the 90* bend that goes towards the passenger side with the gate facing towards the back of the vehicle. Placing the wastegate in direct flow of the exhaust will make it work better.

where did you find a pipe to fit in the flange like that? i have a t4 flange and 2 2.5" pipes that feed it

bought a dual 2.5" to 3.5" transition from cone engineering

bought the 3.5" to t6 transition from

they offer t4 transitions too

I took the easy way and modded a premade merge- basically just cutting it down for space issues.

used this one from columbia river
