Question rear mount turbos

How much lag can i expect to see from rear mounted turbos??

check out my build. its not instant like a front mount, but damn its still awesome! and the lag all depends on what you do. just as with a front mount there are ways of decreasing the lag time, there is the same for rear.

i'm getting ready to get my exhaust housing ceramic coated so I hold heat in longer to reduce lag times. I have built mine up, and I have the older kit & older turbo and I love it. spool time is not bad at all

If you have an auto with a big stall you will never notice a difference. I just installed a kit with GT67 on a built LQ4 and love it. I am with the other guys saying "what lag".

LOL.... I like this part!...

Plus, our turbos just don't get that hot and when weather conditions are such that there is a lot of water around, you can't push enough boost to get the turbo hot anyway because you'd just spin the tires.
