boost on 11.8:1 CR?

boost on 11.8:1 CR? can i do it safely with running a max of 6-7psi? i assume that would put me in the mid 600s?
that is all i want to know. i make 535rwhp right now thru my stalled auto. i just want to get a blower setup installed now and run low boost. then perhaps next winter, swap the heads/pistons/cam to a blower friendly setup and go all out to hit 1000+ rhp.
engine is a forged 427 c5r built by DRM.
the wifey finally "allowed" me to buy a FI setup. now the question is do i do tt or blower. i really want a turbo (so i can grow with it), the only thing that would work for me is the sts kit. i don't want thing engine mounted as that bitch gets hot plus i have a LOT of carbon fiber in the engine bay that "makes" my car.
thoughts everyone, would really appreciate some valueable knowledge!

yes, i am in the midwest. i would plan on running e85, no meth. i could run meth, but i figured the corn would make up for it...
assuming i am running on corn... think i can get by?
