Default possible misfire above 12psi, any ideas

ok here is the issue, i just got everything finished up with the car and been tryin to work some of the kinks out, it seems that whenever it starts build more than 12psi or getting above 3500rpms it feels like there is a small misfire or hesitation to it, nothing to bad it still pulls good but you can tell its not at full potential. Im running the TR6 plugs gapped at .028 so i dont think its blowing the spark out. Im thinking it could be in the tune, possibly in the timing chart. If anyone has any ideas please speak freely, also this is on pump gas do you think i need race full or meth?

Probably valve float.

If your still running std valve springs, valve float.

Check leads haven't been burnt or damaged.

Try another set of plugs, seen a new set of TR6s misfire, replaced with another set and all good.

Could try having a little more dwell time added to coils in tune above 3000rpm, for a stronger spark.

Set BE to more like 11.8 if running 100% gasonline. You have it set to 14.7.
You can set PE to same across the board 12.8 don't need to put it down like you have it.
