Alright i guess i better be more specific. Parts im probably going to start with is lq4 with a compstar 408 stroker kit, 88mm turbo, victor jr and spectrum elbow, not looking to push that much boost with out o ring the heads but not looking to do that till next year. but i still need some advise on
Which heads
What cam
Valvetrain up grades,
Which fuel up grades, (thinking two aero 1000s)
What compression ratio,
Just figure i would get an idea before i jumped in to spending money that aren't right

With 408ci and TH400 brake 2step I'd go bigger than 88mm
""" cough """ 94mm ""cough """
AFR or TFS Heads.
Custom grind for your setup.
Dual springs, pushrods, lifter, oil pump, timing chain.
twin walbow 255 should be fine or maybe Bosch 044 but you'll need bigger rails and return system + bigger injectors.
compression from 8:5 - 10:1 depends on how much boost and what fuel are you planning to run.

OH HIGH 9S SHOULDNT BE A PROBLEM WITH THIS SETUP EVEN WITH MID BOOST.

Thanks for the input im not sure i want to do bigger then an 88 but ill have to keep it in mind. i also planned on keeping the compression ration right around 9:1. just cause i plan on a couple 15psi runs.

Someone point my buddy in the right direction here... Anyone have any builds that have proven themselves with track numbers?

check out the member on here cablebandit i think his name is. He posts in the FI section all the time. I think he has a 91mm turbo on his and now he's running 9.3's and thats on a full weight t/a vert.

I dont think you need to o ring until your running well over 1000rwhp. A 408 with aftermarket heads for the thick deck, a 88 or 91mm turbo, and a good tune with your trans rear setup 9's shouldn't be any problems.
