Breather Tanks

If it's not in a place that demands a metal tank, Jaz plastic breather tanks are sturdy and have 2 flat mount spots - 1 on each side - that will accept any bulkhead fitting up to -16.
Metal, the Moroso ones are nice. Pretty cheap to get an extra -12 bung TIG welded on one too, exactly where you need it.

Whats the point of a breather tank on a PCV system? Thought you would need a sealed puke tank for that? Or are you eliminating the PCV and putting a breather on and need two fittings on it to run one from each VC?

my bad....the pcv system is used to evactuate the crankcase vapors and blowby gases from inside the engine. they are usually routed into the intake manifold to be burnt again and sent out the tailpipe under stock conditions for smog/emissions reasons.when you have a situation like forced induction you produce way more blowby gases and crankcase pressure..if you dont get rid of this pressure you will blow seals out of ur engine in various places. if its a sealed container its not gonna do you much good as the pressure needs to escape. the breather tank allows the oil to fall in the tank while the gases escape in the atomosphere using gravity....

When you said "where do you get a remotely decent sized breather tank for a pcv system", I was wondering why you would put a breather tank in a PCV system since it defeats the purpose of having a PCV. Now, if your taking out the PCV system and just putting in breather tank/s, then I see that. Again, I just probably mis-read your original post about breather tanks with a PCV system .
