I called forced performance this morning and they make a td06h with the garrett 60-1 compressor wheel and modified 20g compressor housing for $1100.00. They said it will flow around 65lbs/mass air flow. I might just do this. Now I can take that 600 dollars I have left and buy a custom turbo cam from LG.

I wonder if the turbos for 1100 are ball bearing? LG says theirs flow 70 lb/min.......they claim a little more power than a GT35

I kinda want to try the billet turbos, but they are in Australia

Hmmm, lots to think about here. Mine are probably coming off next month. I need to get the trans rebuilt and plan to pull the turbo's and have them rebuilt, or replaced. Something has started smoking on me this year. I think it is one (or maybe both) turbo's. But I guess I can't complain. I did get 2 years and about 25k miles on them. And you KNOW they were not all easy miles.

My stock aps turbos lasted awhile also. I was not easy on them. I like the looks of the billet turbos and especially being ball bearing-def a good option, but I think I would rather deal with a company that is right here in America this time. Basically the forced performance turbo that we would need is their "red turbo" but we would be buying it with out the exhaust housing.

Just buy them from me, and save yourself the foundry costs, and mold fees, and tool charges, and then minimum quantities.

You guys have a hardon for 35Rs.... Ill never understand why. My upgrades will outflow a 35R hands down, and only spool a few hundred later.

The research is done, the product is proven, results are in. All the more reason to make your own turbine housing

I have enough of these out there with zero issues and good results, there really is no other easy option.

Louis, you have a great piece. the only reason i am looing into other stuff is for the Ballbearing. yes yours spools only a little later. but with the BB i can keep them going better in between shifts.

idk IMO. if i am goint o spend 2200. i wnat the billet ball bearing ones. only thing is . i imight be down to you to get your billet wheels.

Like I said earlier, it's sounding like the billet centers are a viable option now that we know that they will fit. I've decided to pick up some of those centers for my mild build (346), but I will definitely be going with Garretts for my wild build (427+ Warhawk).

If I remember right Big_Bird_WS6 and barnat were planning on getting these billet centers. I'm hoping that one of them, or anybody for that matter, gets a set of these before I install my APS kit. If nobody else goes first I guess that it will just have to be me.
