stroker engine temps

stroker engine temps i swapped out my 6.0 for a stroker, i noticed im running around 5 degs warmer
than the 6.0-not a problem, might go back to 180 after some running
i was wondering if any of you guys noticed a little higher temp when switching to a stroker-i reused all the same ext. stuff, D1SC, waterpump
carb, etc-runs about the same AFR's at cruise as before
i did go to a Epp cam, AFR heads-i did switch out the setup for the little "airlock" or x over hose, the old one had the 2 plugs in the back, and the one x over in the front to the radiator, i switched to one that uses the back and front, fig it couldnt hurt
