im going to use locking hood pins.

and ill make a coss bar to support the bumper (as it sits i can still get 2 bolts on each side and i will be running aluminum reinforcement as the car has a burn out body kit) and as far cooling im going to run a sirraco double pass radiator 2 slim flex a lite puller fans .. im more worried about fitting the intercooler than anything else . alot of the front bumper will need to be cut and hacked .. but im sure it will fit .. or at least i hope ..

im also getting a john marcella manifold so none of the ic piping will get done till the manifold is done .

That is the most incredible manifold i've ever seen. Running LS7 heads? 6-bolt i presume.

yes thats one of the manifolds.. ive talk to him a few times and were planin on doing the same desing just a bit lower to actually physically fit under the hood with out any more modifications .

going to run a solid roller etp 6 bolt heads .. im also considering a dry sump but i might just leave it wet .

That should be pretty insane. Have you figured out what gearing and LSD unit you will run out back? Are you doing a T56 transmission?

I have a similar FD build in the works but 364ci iron block running 4 bolt style TFS heads with a GT88 turbo. Planning on building a car to do the Silver State Challenge with. We went 196mph over the weekend with my buddy Mike's LS1 FD all motor at the TX Mile. I think another 400hp would do wonders for this little car.

That 106mm looks so sad and lonely by itself, looks like it could use another 106mm for a companion.

Anyway, are you guys planning on installing a pair of airplane wings on that???.... you probably going to need them to keep all 4 wheels on the ground.

trowing around the idea between the a t56 magnum or a all out th400 with trans break ..

as for rear gears it has a stock 04 cobra rear diff on it right now . by the time the project is completely "done" id like to have it back half with a fabed ford 9" and 4 link suspension as well as a full tub ..

ofcourse nothing is ever "done" .

it will be a weekend warrior "street car" most likely a freeway car as well as some thing i could drive to the track and back home with out having to ever worry about breaking or not bringing enough car to the local grudge nights ...but the silver state and texas mile will some day be the ultimate goal for the car but that wont be untill alooong time from now .

When I first glanced at it I thought it was someone's finger over the lense. Now I realize those are some massive tires.
