Lol. no ****. I said I would buy one months ago and so far all Ive done is switch phones 3 times haha.
Apparently I managed to get some fucked up aluminum tubing. I put a new pipe in the one side of the BOV and like magic, its no longer leaking when I do a pressure test. Looks like I need to have a collar welded onto the old pipe with a small piece of this other pipe on it. Ridiculous.

Also I traded up my daily driver so Im gonna do a couple things to it. And Im going to Hawaii in May with the gf, so all my ford 9" money is going to that. Im planning on sell my last bike, so if anyone is looking for a super clean, modded 04 zx10 let me know! Shipping a bike out of alaska is like 300$.

Looking for 5500 but im negotiable. I also have gear that would go with it if someone buys it. It has race plastics that were modified to accommodate an integrated taillight. 7k miles, and runs beautifully.
2. Honestly, its quieter than it was stock with a flowmaster. I dont get any fumes in the car really even with the window down. Im pretty happy with it so far.

Got the BOV situation fixed, tightened up all my clamps on both intake and exhaust as well as headers and guess what??! BOOOST!!! I only took it up to 2 psi or so for a second since Im on stock fuel pump still. Managed to blow off a coupler that I forgot to tighten down as well as a coolant hose lol. So happy right now!

Fuel pump swap is almost complete. Its snowed nonstop for like 4 days here so Im taking my time. Also Frost sent me a new tune, so I hope it warms up here so I can try it out. lol. May as well paint my calipers and put in this driveshaft loop. I predict itll be a couple weeks.
what size belt did you end up using? My local auto parts store only has 82.5 and 77.5, all I know is it's somewhere between the two lol. If I order one I want to make sure it's the correct size.

Are you running an UD pulley and using the smokinhawk alt relocation bracket? No belt at NAPA or Schucks had it. I ended up going to a specialty shop and paying out the *** for one. Im pretty sure I used a 69.5....
I'm using the smokin hawk with the standard pully.. He recomends a 73.5 if you don't use the idler pully, but unfortunatly you have to use the idler with this setup. I guess it's gonna take some trial and error to figure it out.. I'll post up once I figure it out

I would take your stock belt, cut it and run it through your accessory belt. Then cut off the excess. They can measure belts at the store. Im pretty sure NAPA should have that one.
