My bad, had to look over some old notes from Lance. He said the F1a and F1c have the same impeller wheel with different compressor housings.

wow squeezing 200rwhp with those changes is a lot.

i have a question for the thread:
it seems more and more now that everyone is going with the vic jr and elbow setup over the ls6 intake. is it that much more efficient? pros and cons? what range is that intake?

edit: it says 3500rpm-7500rpm on epp site

The LS6 intake is still a great intake, I'm not sure really if the Victor Jr is much better with an elbow but it is newer and different which is one of the reasons you see it being used. One thing we have recently seen with the LS6 intake is cracking on the intake with boost. This can be happen on the bottom side where you don't find it until you remove the intake. Many of these intakes are getting old in age, and only time will tell if the plastic will break down.
We swapped an LS2 intake for a FAST 92mm intake on one engine, and we saw a huge increase in power along with a reduction in boost by 2 psi. The The LS2 intake is known to be a loser in the power department, but we were shocked by seeing the horsepower go from 809 to 864! I've seen quite a few examples of that over on yellowbullet too.
