Default 60 trim vs 67 trim

Any one have any idea what the power limits are on a LS1 with a 67 trim. I am making 451 whp and 507 torque on the 60. Would it be worth it or would i even notice the diffrence. This is a older TTI kit so to go up to a 76 or a larger frame i would take a good bit of work.

If you're going to upgrade, don't even bother with 67mm, just go ahead with a T4 76mm, it should be a direct fit on that kit.

Yup...we sell the TC76 as an upgrade for 60-1 kits.

Dont you need to upgrade the cross over, down pipe, and intercooler and IC piping?

Cross-over and intercooler pipes should be the same, but you're right, the downpipe for T76 is a bit bigger, as a matter of fact the log manifold that comes with the T76 is also somewhat bigger, but I think the only difference were on the runners, 1.5" dia. for the 60mm kit and 2"dia. for 76mm kit. Your downpipe should still bolt right up onto a T4 76mm turbo.

The old TTI kit uses an On-center housing if I remember correctly. Which means the TC76 will bolt right in with the on-center housing which is available for that unit. We have used several of them on the older LS and LT based TTI kits.
